Show opens at 10:00 AM
Show closes at 4:00 PM

Cancellation policy
1. Tables canceled more then seven (7) days prior to the show will receive a full refund.
2. Tables canceled seven (7) or fewer days prior to and before the day of the show will receive a full refund if LMRC is able to resell those tables.
The refund will be prorated if LMRC cannot resell all of the tables.
3. Tables canceled the day of the show, including no notification or no shows, will not be eligible for refunds.
4. At it's discression LMRC may issue full or partial refunds for cause on a case-by-case basis.
